An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Collections/Customer Service Team Leader to work for this leading Finance organisation based in Southport. 

The role involves but is not limited to:

  •       Acting as an escalation point for the team
  •       Preparation and distribution of staff rosters
  •       Reviewing operational performance – collections, activity & query          resolution
  •       Team building – train, coach and motivate
  •       Reviewing and implementing processes for operational efficiency
  •       Facilitate regular communication through the business unit.
  •       Provide hands on leadership
  •       Liaise with external collection agencies  

The successful candidate will have:

  •      Proven Team Leading experience in a dynamic and fast paced             environment
  •      Highly developed leadership skills
  •      An ability to build effective client relationship management
  •      Knowledge of Collection/Customer Service Call Skills
  •      Demonstrated commitment to continual customer service                   improvement
  •      Provide ongoing support for internal and external customer                 enquires
  •      Investigate issues from frontline customer contact
  •      Building the overall team culture with encouragement
