Due to a busy time of the year this organisation has an immediate need for 2
Customer Service officers to join their team.

This role is an asap start through to Mid-August.  

This role is working in an inbound/outbound call centre environment.  It isn’t cold calling it is following up on queries.   You will be good with problem resolution.  

You will have:

• Ideally demonstrated customer service experience within a call centre.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A drive to succeed and a willingness to learn
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressured environment
• Ability to think on your feet

You must be available between the hours of 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
