We are searching for an Accounts Receivable/Credit Manager based on the Sunshine Coast with a leading company managing a small team of credit professionals, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management.
This role is a blend of managing client relationships internal and external, staff, analysis and debt management.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with major client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Team Leadership: Set goals and KPIs for the team, mentor and develop team members to ensure optimum performance.
- Operational Direction: Provide hands-on management and operational direction to the credit team.
- Reconciliations & Reporting: Oversee reconciliations and produce monthly and year end reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assessment: full control and director of the credit assessment process -approval of limits etc.
- Collections: Discuss escalation of debt and referral and management of process with external parties
Qualifications
- Experience: Strong commercial credit background with previous Accounts Receivable/Credit Manager experience.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Excel and other computer skills.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with staff, internal divisions, and external customers.
- AICM Membership preferred
