Senior Procurement Specialist: Oracle Fusion
A Senior Procurement Specialist focusing on Oracle Fusion ERP SaaS Procurement implementation is responsible for leading the deployment and optimization of Oracle’s procurement solutions within an organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation Leadership: Guide cross-functional discussions to analyze requirements, design solutions, and recommend industry best practices.
- Solution Design and Configuration: Document business requirements, perform gap analysis against standard Oracle functional flows and configure Oracle Cloud modules to meet organizational needs.
- Testing and Training: Develop and execute test plans, demonstrate solutions to stakeholders, and train end-users throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide hyper-care support post-go-live to ensure smooth system adoption and address any issues. Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in a consulting environment or related industry, with at least 5 years working directly with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications.
- Oracle Cloud Modules Expertise: Proficiency in modules such as Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Portal, Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Procurement Contracts, and Inventory.
Certifications: Oracle Certification in Procurement modules is advantageous.
Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle Cloud OTBI, BI Publisher, and other reporting tools is beneficial.
Implementation Experience: Proven track record as an Oracle Cloud lead on at least three full lifecycle implementations.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a self-motivated, positive attitude. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP systems and the ability to effectively manage the implementation process, ensuring that procurement solutions align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
